He's been with Eerdmans since June 2015 and holds degrees from Wheaton College, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Boston University, and Boston College. The Logo checked in with him to kick off 2024. Enjoy getting to know James! What's your New Year's resolution? I'm keeping it simple this year with a rudimentary trifecta: Go to bed at 10 p.m. Read the NRSVue all the way through in daily bits. Lose 5 pounds by getting at least 15 minutes of cardio every morning. Do you have any pets? I have my cute and disobedient Welsh Terrier, Maisie. We're expecting her second (and last) little of adorable puppers in February. What are you currently reading? I am always reading proposals and manuscripts for work, and lots of other things simultaneously and slowly. One thing I'm focusing on right now is the history of the Israel/Palestine conflict.
