Sometimes confronting your fear means facing it head on with me. It means not hiding behind denial or shoving that fear down deep. When you find yourself standing in the middle of the battle, don’t stand behind me. Stand next to me. Grab my hand and let’s forge ahead together. Be honest about your fears. Invite me into every one of them and make me Lord over them.
One of the biggest challenges you face is the dread of what may come—the fear that something may or may not happen. The enemy wants to plant terror inside of you. He wants you to think that I may not be as good as you’ve believed me to be. He kills hope. He works to steal your trust in me. More than anything, he is a liar! I am good. Even when it seems I haven’t answered, I have. One day, you will gain clarity regarding these difficult challenges. For now, remember: when trouble is staring you in the face, that’s when you discover how strong you really are. When you face fear, my power will be drawn to you like a magnet. I am with you. We’ll get through this, together.
