Encounter God’s Heart...Guaranteed Hope

Encounter God's Heart...
Guaranteed Hope

As we live by faith in this world, we are not the arbitrators of our hope. God himself is our hope. In him, we have the guarantee of eternal life. He is the one who has done the work to prepare us for our wonderful destiny in his kingdom. It is his work, and we are his workmanship.

Let go of the responsibility to be and do it all perfectly today. You have the Spirit of God as your help in all things. Lean into the presence of God and ask for what you need. Rely on him for wisdom, for support, and for guidance. When you are stumped, take your problems to him. He will surely give you the peace of his presence; his solutions are full of simple wisdom and clarity. He is trustworthy. You can bet your life on him.

Spirit, I want to trust you more than I do my own logic. I know that there is purpose in everything you do, and I know that not all that happens in the world is your work. Refresh my hope in you today!
2 Corinthians 5:5
The Passion Translation

This is no empty hope, for God himself is the one who has prepared us for this wonderful destiny. And to confirm this promise, he has given us the Holy Spirit, like an engagement ring, as a guarantee.

The Books of Jeremiah and Lamentations: The Promise-Keeping God
The books of Jeremiah and Lamentations chronicle the fall of Jerusalem, with Jeremiah delivering God's warnings, urging repentance, and promising restoration.

The book of Jeremiah's personal narrative of Judah's capture and exile, accompanied by tearful warnings and hopeful promises, together with the book of Lamentations' poetic cry, offers a framework to mourn, grieve, confess, and still find hope in God's mercy, collectively guiding us in repentance and grief while renewing our confidence in Yahweh's enduring love.

Jesus Christ is alive and living in the hearts and lives of billions of Christians. I am interested in what He is saying and doing in the lives of those who know and love Him and interested in being a familiar and trusted blogger about Him
